Ice/Crystal hair

I'm wanting to make some crystal hair for my Ice CAM, as she is going to be make of Adamant (Diamond).  But I'm not sure what I should use, as well as how to make it light enough for a crystal effect.  I was thinking Crystal Clay, but I've never used it before.  If I use normal clay, any ideas for making it look like the same crystal effect as the CAM itself?See More

Looking to purchase a tablet for college student

As it gets close to school starting, I'm looking more and more at getting a tablet.
