I'm thinking since we got a good crowd going already, it's time to start featuring everybody. Maybe each person can have a discussion where they post all their new projects, or I dunno...send me your suggestions.

I also want to start something where we change the main group pic and feature a different member every month.

I'm making a discussion where we can get all these ideas together. I'll name it Suggestion Box so come over and take a look.

Furniture pieces & what not

Figured I'd start a thread where folks can post their non-clothing, non-doll mod projects. They won't be full diorammas, just the projects for making the movable parts of a dioramma.Continue

Thanks I am 'stucco-ing' the outside with textured spray paint. Then I will paint on a fire place at the extension joint for one of the walls. I have it penciled in right now & it looks cool.

Well done Gabby! I especially love the floor tiles and the wooden columns!

Okay, I have now uploaded all of the pictures of the stuff for the doll house for approval by the photo mod. Don't know if any of them will be approved, so here are the links to the pics. And even though I could swear I took photos of the tardis blue door I made, they are not on my camera. I just have to take them again. I also need to photo the roof, it is so cool looking.

I think I have found my favorite part of making doll houses. Painting the floors! I will post pics later but I spent the better part of two hours each on the last two days painting floor patterns on the areas that will not have carpet on them & the house is really starting to take on some character.

Okay, here are the progress pics of the doll house, from before I got the painting started. I had just gotten done with the paper macheing of it. Doll%20house%201%20progress%20pic%20with%20details.jpg

It is kind of hard to see the details, aside from the basic structure details. I noticed some small defects after I got the base painting done. Have since corrected them.
