I'm thinking since we got a good crowd going already, it's time to start featuring everybody. Maybe each person can have a discussion where they post all their new projects, or I dunno...send me your suggestions.

I also want to start something where we change the main group pic and feature a different member every month.

I'm making a discussion where we can get all these ideas together. I'll name it Suggestion Box so come over and take a look.

Figured I'd start a thread where folks can post their non-clothing, non-doll mod projects. They won't be full diorammas, just the projects for making the movable parts of a dioramma.Continue

Okay, here are the progress pics of the doll house, from before I got the painting started. I had just gotten done with the paper macheing of it. Doll%20house%201%20progress%20pic%20with%20details.jpg

It is kind of hard to see the details, aside from the basic structure details. I noticed some small defects after I got the base painting done. Have since corrected them.

Here's the so-far. the outside has taken a long time as the "stones" I've cut and painted. The outside was about 3 coats altogether. It's all cardboard and paper mache. I hope to get back to it in another couple weeks.

Hey ya'll! I disappeared for a while. Life got a bit busy, I just moved but hoping to get my craft space back up and running soon. Pre-Move I was working on building my niece's dollhouse. My flickr page has pix. It's CraftingOfTheLambs# I suppose I can link the pic or maybe upload on this site... That's if anyone wants to see it ;)

By the way, the next major project is a werecat biker lounge for (get this) my hubby's collection of werecats.

It will be called "The Pussy Den" complete with exotic dancers (a bird monster & a mermaid)

I have some hot glue molds that I found on clearance @ Michal's. Still have to find time to do it. I have some progress pics I just have to get them uploaded. They are from before I started painting the house. Now I am on to details (like floor patterns) I'll take some pics of the stamps I made for that too.
