Over due response.  iEat it is.  Of course it means you are forever associated with apples now.

@Nos: I see. *nods*

You can call me iEat, Eatie, Kalc, Kal, (short for Kalculator, my name on NaNoWriMo YWP) or Charon, The Ferryman, or Styx (my nickname on YWPNaNo). In fact, you can even call me Zena.

And, as a bit of shameless self promotion.   I just posted the first two chapters of what will hopefully be a novella.

@Idiots:  I need a better nick name for you.  I hit writers block, but I have enough resources to shake myself out of it usually.   And my characters can't hate, being fictional and all.  But they'd probably like me well enough, I tend to put a lot of myself in them, not on purpose, just happens.

@P-girl: If you mean perfectionisim, I have the same problem.  It gets to the point where I procrastinate on homework.

On the general topic.  I sort of plan things out.  A loose line of key events and where I want things to end.  Then I just write.  I usually end up with a lot of things that just kind of happened, and things getting accomplished in ways I don't quite expect.  But they still go where I want them too.

@iEatIdiots Yeah I wonder if I'll be happy killing off almost all of the characters in mine. Wait I might have said too much *hides in shadows*

@P-Girl *Comes out of shadows* Same here. I have only written that 5th grade thing and little notes down (they're normally 2 or 3 paragraphs, this is when a great idea for it strikes. I have to have it somewhere times in case) I realized when I tried writing one of them early it totally SUCKED. Only the Macy (Ami's daughter) story line was okay, I'm going to keep that relatively the same. Mainly whole "death of father" thing will be the same. I pretty so have the main events of Book 1 planned, but I am still just working more on family ties at the moment. Then I'll focus a bit more on the 1st Book itself. *goes back into shadows*

Never had that. Mainly because I know that my characters are, y'know, fictional.

My all-encompassing perfection is what usually keeps me from finishing my stories (I'm not one to call them 'Novels' since they're never officially published)

And I never run out of ideas because I usually plan ahead and only start writing when I got the beginning, middle and ending figured out already.

I always find it hard to keep up a series because I end up hating my charries so I kill them off.

In fact, most of my characters hate me. Anyway else feel the same way?

Anyway, for those who don't know, Al actually came from someone in one of my old novels. It happened to be a philosophy book. xD I stopped writing it because I ran out of philosophical ideas.

I have a 5 Book series plot line planned, but before I actually start writing it I am actually doing little page things for each character you meet. The 2nd book was where the base of the series originally came from, but I decided to focus on the story to the two rivals instead of Melody (the orginal main character). I came up with the idea in 5th grade and have just been building on it. Now the books are based off the Jamie and Ami rivalry and they war going on around them. They take place in a 30 year period (38 including a possible epilogue I might do to show the "happy" ending). I might show an excerpt here once I actually start it.
