Well, it looks like I finally found the perfect doll for Tracy Turnblad from "Hairspray"! :)

Hello,

I've been going cray for the new WHC dolls lately, and I currently have more than one of several of them, including two Jacy dolls.

Some of you know that I've been wanting some cool "Hairspray" dolls, as that's one of my favorite musicals of all time.

Well, the idea of turning my second Jacy into Tracy just recently hit me! For starters, I had written a desire to portray Tracy into my bio. for Jacy, and, secondly, just look at Jacy's body shape; she's the perfect Tracy! I may try to transform my second Kenna into Penny, and use a blonde My Scene as "Hairspray's" resident blonde biotch Amber Von Tussel. I have enough My Scene boys to give the two girls their respective boyfriends.

I was going to just let the second Jacy be the original Jacy's sexy twin, Tacy, but, after some consideration....I'd rather have some cool "Hairspray" dolls!

So....if you've ever wanted a fun, super thick, curvy doll to make over into Tracy Turnblad, and you don't want to spend a fortune on such a doll, Jacy just might be the right girl for that customization project!  :)

wow that's a really cool and clever idea! I love hairspray it's one of my favourites too, they do real hairspray dolls but they are probably expensive as I haven't seen much of them so I'm not sure if they got a wide release.

Jacy would be good cause of the joints but I only have one Jacy and probably won't be able to get another cause they don't sell them in my country and I would like to keep mine as is but I have plenty of curvy fashionistas I could use even if they don't have joints, I'd wanna make an Edna doll as well and there's curvy aa dolls that would make a great motor mouth Maybell, I know a few fashionistas that give me Penny vibes and plenty of blondes for Amber.

fun fact I played Edna Turnbland in a college production of Hairspray.

Hello, Jesy,

You did? That's awesome! I have never seen a live production of "Hairspray", but I'd imagine that it's a fun show to perform. Were you in the show recently, or a long time ago?
