I'm really liking that there limiting them so everyone gets a chance. Hopefully this idea will carry over to next years comic con. More people deserve a chance to get these dolls. :)

how do i subscribe?

You don't 'subscribe' you just buy like from a normal website. Probably best to create an account first, if you are putting in payment info at the time it'll probably sell out before you get through check out. And be prepared to be staring at the 'white screen of death' as it has become known for a long time while you wait for the website to load.

One per person is a bit of a pain, I was going to help a couple of UK people out with shipping charges by ordering for them, plus Im sure a few of us would like an extra to open, so thats that out the window.

Good that it gives more people a chance though, unusual for Matty.

No, the subscribers are people who have a subscription to another line as DC Universe or Masters of the Universe Classics (with subscriptions, they receive monthly figures for one year). These people have early access on August 2.

You can buy like from a normal website only August 5.

Well i'll be giving it a go. I wonder if they'll keep a 1 per person thing on the non subscribers. Last year it was 2 per transaction (not per person, they had no way to lock out an IP if you already checked out, you could just go straight back into the queue and those with fast connections appear to have jumped said queue entirely)

Seems a very good idea to limit them, if only they'd done the same at the con huh?

I was hoping they would have a sale after the con, but I should've known you would need a subscription to buy the hot ticketed items.. That leaves me out.. Anyone with a subscription I would gladly pay you for use of you subscription to purchase Web,, a reasonable price of course.. Since I started collecting these dolls my goal is to pay as less as possible..

Yay! Really hope I get a chance on the 5th, though watch there be like 5 left.

Question,, I'm thinking of buying a subscription ,, from past experience that your aware of the dates they allow the their subscription holders to purchase after the con is over is their chances better to purchase the exclusives then the regular public?

Somehow I doubt that there will be any left for the public on the 5th, but hopefully I'm wrong about that.

You will end up paying roughly the same price for Webarella on Ebay, after you add in the price of a subscription to one of the other toy lines.

Also from what I have been told from a friend who does subscribe to their Masters of the Universe  line, they only open sales for subscription orders  for a brief window during the year.

So i should like wait for the brief subscription window to open once a month to get a subscription at the ebay price of a webarella to risk not getting one on the presale where they will all be sold out and not a single one will be left for the 5th?

Sure... let me get the money and time from my jar of crazy...

If you look at the subscriptions you have to buy one toy a month and they give you a rough estimate of about $500 for the year to buy the figures.  The subscription itself is around $35, but you have to purchase a figure each month.  It kind of reminds me of those DVD flyers we used to get in the mail that you can get 5 DVDs for a penny, but you must purchase at least 7 more titles at regular club price which would average out to about $100.  It would be cheaper to just get her on Ebay versus paying for a membership and figures you do not want just to get a shot at her after con.  Just thought I would explain that better to some of you who might be a little misled.  :)  Happy Hunting

I think understand -- you buy the subscription, and then buy something from that subscription line first, and then your edible for subscribers purchase days, and they only allow the public to purchase subscriptions a certain Time of the year?!?
