News and Reviews of Monster High Dolls, Plush Toys, and More!

Alrighty. I've got a W.I.P oc that I think is heading down the path of Mary-sueism. I'd like some critiques on her.

Name: Penny Wise

Age: 17

Monster Parents: Pennywise, A.K.A Stephen King's "It".

Killer Style: I like color, and putting a fab-yet-freaky twist on the traditional clown outfit. I love ruffles and ripples in my outfits, and the more the better!

Pet: Georgie, my turtle. He's a curious little guy. He really likes origami boats. I always lose him in the sewers, though.

Freaky Flaw: I haven't exactly mastered my form-changing abilities yet...I sometimes turn into a bird, spider, or even a giant eyeball without warning! Totes Mortalfying!

Favorite Activity: Handing out balloons with cute little messages!

Favorite Color: Red! A clown's best friend! My hair is red, my nose is red, my shoes are always red, I mean, C'MON! What doesn't look good in red?!

Favorite Food: Children! (Kidding.) Since I ended the family tradition of eating normies, I prefer anything that has a sort of pleasant acidity to it. Dad thinks I'm crazy for munching sour candies and citrus fruits all the time, but I just shrug it off. Good food is good food, especially when it doesn't fight back.

Favorite Subject: Art. I enjoy doing little origami and paper mache projects to express my creativity.

Least Favorite Subject: Anything having to deal with languages. I've been on this planet since it was created, I know plenty about the languages around this place.

B.F.F's: I'm cool with everyone, except Holt Hyde. He needs to take a chill pill.

I based her more off of the books than the movie.

Book references:

*Georgie was the first person killed by Pennywise in the book. He was killed after Pennywise found his paper boat and grabbed him into the sewer after he went after it.

*In the book, It changes into a giant bird, a spider-thing, and a giant eyeball.

*It uses balloons to send messages to the Losers club in the book.

*It is seriously injured by battery acid in the book.

*It claims that it is eternal in the books, which means it's been around awhile.

Try this.

I don't think she's too much of a Sue, I think it might be OK.

Oh thank you! This really helped, she got an eight, so I bet she's ok.
