Yeah probably that's the name of the line wich includes Wonder Wolf, Polter Ghoul and Cat Tastrophe, and possible other characters too.
My guess is Power Ghouls™ would the spring collector's line and Scarily Ever After™ would be the fall collector's line again next year. It said at SDCC that Wonder Wolf™ and Polterghoul™ would be spring exclusives.
i dont like that name very much i always like the fan names better like scary tales and superghouls but i hope they add on to the line
I SO hope to see more in this line! I love both Clawdeen and Spectra in this line, I think they are both beautiful :D Extravagant and not for everyone's tastes, though.
I can't wait to see Tora now 8D
I really like this super hero theme :3 From the prototypes (I'm imagining they're prototypes? Though the designs still look good if they're carried through as final products) Clawdeen look like a fierce Amazonian warrior and Spectra's face-up is excellent!
I have my worries but am also looking forward to another Toralei doll; I hope it's not too derivative of Cat Woman but I guess there's not much play on Kitty superheroes haha :)
Is it just those 3 ghouls in the making or will we see more?
Wow, that's cool to hear. I can't wait to see a picture.
so toraleis official?
I hope so! I have a friend who collects MH with me and is also a huge Catwoman fan. She once joked with me that she wouldn't buy Toralei or the twins because 'catgirls is where I draw the line.' Well, she's got the werecats now, she wants Catrine DeMew as well. If she ends up getting a Toralei dressed as Catwoman, all I'll be able to do in response is laugh.
I also wonder about Voltageous being a Frankie super hero. Cat Tastrophe sounds more like a theme or episode title to me, instead of a specific super hero/villain name. Catty Noir sounds French to me -- so it sounds like a hero name for Catrine DeMew to me. If "Cat Tastrophe" name was in question and they changed it to "Catty Noir," that might be why that doll was not shown at SDCC 2012 with Clawdeen and Spectra.
So is the whole collection a Target Exclusive? seems odd that Clawdeen and Spectra would be Target Exclusives and the Frankie, Toralei and 3rd charater would not be.
Ghoulia might not be in the line because it's her comic? It seems like Ghoulia would be the writter of a comic that would include Clawdeen and Spectra as good guys and has Toralei as the villian.
If Frankie is a Super Hero like Clawdeen and Specatra it seems odd that those are the exact same dolls in the Ghouls Alive! collection. It would be cheezy if they used the Ghouls Alive dolls, but dumb if they don't. :)
