She's a darling little harpy and she needs a name. She also has beautiful bird feet and big feathered wings. Her four Aunts are Aello, Celaeno, Ocypete, and Podarge. I want a name that fits her, and isn't too cheesy. Any and all ideas are welcome and appreciated!

Got any ideas yourself perhaps? All those harpies have names that can be translated, and if you'd have an idea for a meaning, I could translate it to Ancient Greek for you. Maybe something like Chariptere, which would mean "grace of wings" or "favor of feathers"? Or are you looking for something more dark?

Those definitely work. I don't have any ideas myself (which is part of the problem) but I like your use of the translator. That name is very nice and could definitely work. If you get other ideas too, I'd love to see them.

I don't have any ideas but I love this custom! You should really post more pics of her:)

Aella, which is Greek, means Whirl Wind.. That might be nice.. XD

Here's some more Greek names:

Airla, meaning ethereal.

Alala, meaning war cry. (Assuming your harpy is quite loud. XD))

Alcmene, meaning might of the moon.

Amynta, meaning defender.

Kalliope, meaning beautiful voice.

Melaina, meaning "Dark, or black."

Pallas, meaning to "Brandish."

Hope these help. :)

Hey, no translator, right. I got my Ancient Greek classes in high school - a dictionary is occasionally useful, but I do better than just looking up words and mashing them together. ;p

So, some more suggestions:

Uranomache - Battle of the Sky

Airapoina - Lady of the Wind

Agria - Wild

Euphone - Well-spoken

...No, I'm not good at this. Without profile, it's very hard to come up with a name that looks like it'll work. Got any thoughts on it?
