So cute! I'm getting a tattoo in April for my 16th birthday, but I don't know what to get!

A month isn't much time to think about it if you don't already have some idea of what you want.  I'd recommend not making a hasty decision with something like a tattoo.  They can be incredibly awesome and meaningful, but you definitely want to put a lot of time and consideration into it since it's going to be with you for the rest of your life.

I agree with Heather.. You really should have an idea of what you want to get before you go get a tattoo.  I am 34 and have several tattoos, this wasn't something I just woke up this morning and decided to get.  Make sure your tattoo is something you really want, and something you won't grow out of or get bored with.

Well actually I have been thinking of it since November of 2011, and nothing really struck me but lyrics to a song which mean a lot to me; that I would really want to carry with me for the rest of my life. I just don't where I should put the lyrics. Its either my calf, rib or back.

What lyrics? That sounds really cool. I plan on getting some work done on one side of my ribs.  Where is the first place that comes to mind where you would put the tattoo? If I were you I'd put your first tat somewhere you could cover up easily so it is not so noticeable. You may need to hide it for a job or something.

Id definitely have to say the Rib is the first place that comes to mind. I find it the most meaningful place to put it. The lyric is from a Lady Gaga song and the lyric is "I am the spirit of my hair." Or its either the longer verse of the song which is " Ive had enough, this is my prayer, that I'll die living just as free as my hair." But this is definitely the font I want

Wow.. Sounds awesome! The rib idea is really good too. You have a great, & original idea. Stick to it.
