Are you looking for monster-type mods, or just 'anything you can do with them'?

You could google 'custom doll mods' and probably get ideas faster, but I'll throw out a few based on my own ideas, and/or ones I've seen. :)

Bigfoot/Sasquatch

Look up Greek, Roman, Norse (etc) mythology. There are LOADS of monsters that could be used as custom ideas.

I agree with Decathect: Centaur

Two headed Monster, etc.

Look up different monsters online when you get the chance. That'll help you.
