Fixing?

So, my friend has this Ghoulia doll, and her friend broke the legs (Including the thighs) off. I think she had the elastic hips, but either way, is there a way to fix them so they will bend back and forth? We were going to turn it into a custom mermaid, but we want the hips to bend so... any ideas?

Hi, I am not sure what exactly your asking but if the legs are completely off you can put them back on with new elastic. If the leg pins are broke inside of them you just need to use a leg pin substitutes. I hope this helps some.

I've seen a tutorial out there somewhere that shows how to fix that exact problem. I didn't really pay attention to it since I've never had to. I'm sorry now I didn't! :( Anyway, my point is that it's salvageable and hopefully someone comes along and points out a good guide.
