News and Reviews of Monster High Dolls, Plush Toys, and More!

We just received notification from Mattel the the EVER AFTER HIGH Dolls will not be available in the United States for the 2013 year. It's a big disappointment for lots of little collectors, but, as soon as more information becomes available, we'll keep you updated.

This should be in "Similar Dolls," not Sightings.

Also, I don't put a lot of stock in Mattel's 'official' word, as the left hand in customer service doesn't know what the right hand in production is doing.

If true, I know several girls who will be disappointed.

However, I am not convinced. To launch the website and videos, and then wait 7+ more months before you release a product seems too large of a gap to me.

yeah my daughter is sad being we just got our Justice catalog yesterday with ever after high in it...

that new is from Dollgenie.com also not frm me

Where on dollgenie.com did you find this news?  Their latest news shows the MH 2-packs.  Can you provide a link to the story?

@Elena's Dad: I know, right?  You can only build up anticipation for so long before people give up on waiting and move on.  Besides, I can't see Mattel waiting until after the lucrative holiday shopping season to release what seems to be shaping up to be a highly anticipated property.

Thanks for the link.  Hmmm... I'm still taking this with a grain of salt until I see more definitive proof that the EAH dolls are being delayed until next year.  It just doesn't make sense to me.

fwiw, I've done a lot of business with doll genie and I trust them. now, that's not to say mattel doesn't know what they're talking about, but I do know from my experience that doll genie is usually spot on regarding when they will or will not receive shipments of certain dolls.

i agree i told my daughter no more duplicate dolls...any doll she gets she takes the clothes off and puts em on her first frankie..basically paying for the outfits...comic con and first dolls from now only right here...

This doesn't make any sense to me. Why would they build up all this anticipation for something only to not let it out until 2014? I just don't understand this.

I really don't think this is going to happen I just called my justice store and the  manager told em since they are in the enw justice catalog that they will be getting the dolls for the back to school reset for july
