Is this a new book series? Found this browsing on Amazon. I at first thought it was just a diary, but it has an author Abaghoul Harris. I think it's Lisi using an in-universe penname if anything, but curious if anyone else has heard of this.

That's really strange... It could be like someone else's point of view similar to the books, but like, maybe just Bekka's? Or maybe Candace's? But I agree about the penname. Nobody's anme is Abaghoul. And Harris is Lisi's. So that basically proves it.
It's not Lisi, I don't think. Lisi's monster name is Lisi Scarrison (she said on on her Blah-G post about monsterfying herself). Maybe it's by an Abigail Harris? I know it's not Lisi though.
Well, she's free to change it I guess. I mean, For my OCS I've gone through a million name changes.

Also another reason why I don't think it's Lisi is that it's likely in the webisode universe and Lisi said she wasn't very comfortable writing in it, in an interview I read. If it's in her universe it is her.
Hmm.... You've got a good point there. It does look like the Webisode Universe. So maybe it's Frankie's point of view, in monster-ville? But the authro baffles me, if Lisi didn't want to write in Monster-ville. I googled Abigail Harris (Author) And nothing came up. So Im rather curious now, Because I'm a fan of the books.

I just read the summary and it sounds more related to Lisi's universe than the webisodes. I don't know where it looks like it's webisode based. It sounds more like a journaly thing and the author lives in Salem, Oregon, where the book series takes place.

Mmmm..... Found our answer.

In the description it says "Enroll in Monster High with this fab journal featuring a foil cover and ribbon bookmark! All your favorite Monster High characters prompt you to share your dreams, fashion sketches and more, while offering royal beauty secrets, scary cool inspirations, drop-dead gorgeous fashion tips and even some freaky-fabulous DIY projects!" So it looks like it's just a small activity books for younger kids.

It also does not appear to be Lisi's age range, Lisi's is Young Adult, but this is 9-12. Also it says:

Enroll in Monster High with this fab journal featuring a foil cover and ribbon book mark!

The high school is Merston High in the books, not Monster High. It was only Monster High when someone made the school sign say that in the end of the first book, and when the Ghoul Next Door aired on television.

I honestly don't know why I'm determined to say Lisi did not write this. I have a feeling it's Mattel based.

Yeah, I agree with you after hearing that description. No way Lisi would write anything like that. It's probably just someone that writes activity books for little kids, nobody that would have a name in the buisness.

It says "Based on the New York Times bestselling series" at the bottom. So yes, it is a book. And I can't wait to read it.
It's just some sort of Journal/Activity book going by the description blurb.
