Has anyone ordered from this site? How reliable is it? Is their stuff good? Do they ship in a timely manner? Good prices? Did anyone get the reroot tool?

I'm debating on ordering from them soon and I'd love to hear others peoples experiences with the site. Not only with the doll hair but with anything this person sells.

I personally have never ordered from there, but I personally know many who have and they say it's fantastic. I think it's pretty reliable, because every reroot I've seen says they got their hair from there, or a British version. I don't know how fast they ship, but I plan on ordering from there in 1 or 2 weeks, so I can tell you then. The prices are fantastic compared to other stores I've seen. I haven't ordered the reroot tool, but I've seen it in action and it works well and it's very easy. I also plan to order it so, once again, I can tell you.

But everything is like, sold out on that site
How so?
I see quite a bit of the hair that doesn't have "SOLD OUT" slapped all over it.
I know, there are maybe 5 in each section that are sold out...
Maybe that hair is just pretty popular to use? ._.
They don't ship ultra fast, but it's a timely matter. Prices are decent, since I can usually root an MH dolls head with a Barbie hank. I root in nylon, but the saran is like a dollar cheaper... Anyway, I'm a fan. They have brilliant selection, and they get their nylon from the same source as hasbro. :P

So yeah. They also allow you to mix up to four colors together for a custom, more realistic, blend. :3

How fast is a "timely matter"? A few days, a week? I'm just wondering, I'm making this a summer project so knowing how long some things take is always good.

How long are the hanks? Like say, I have a character with ankle length hair, what size should I go for?

The medium length barbie hair would come out ankle length, if you rooted with the knot method. If using the reroot tool, then the long barbie hair would be a better option.
And I usually get mine in a little less than a week.
Thank you so much! :) You've been so helpful.
I am hoping someday to my my OC Sadie, but I need to know how a short Barbie hank is. Sadie has about shoulder length hair. I know what color(s) I would buy, I just need to know about how much a short Barbie hank is.
I'd think if anything, you could cut the hair afterwards to the desired size.

Me too, but I want to know how much I'd possibly need to cut off. I know I'm making Sadie with a Spectra so I might just cut Spectra's hair, but it that doesn't look good I'd reroot.
